We designed a two-bedroom dwelling within an established town within Hampshire for our Development Company. We initially gained full Planning Permission, Building Regulations approval and went on to undertake full project management services through to completion. This was achieved within a time scale and budget, offering a ten-year NHBC guarantee.
This project involved work in our specialist area ‘Housing Development’ and ‘New Houses’.
